Sony Playstation Vita, Next Gen Handheld
Sony has released its highly anticipated successor to the Playstation Portable. The next generation portable gaming system will be name Playstation Vita or PSVita for short.
The Sony Playstation Vita will be equipped with a quad core processor, six-axis motion sensors, dual analog controls, front and rear facing cameras, an OLED touchscreen and a touchpad on it's back.
Initial pricing for the PSVita will be $249 for the wi-fi version, and $299 for the 3G model.
During the announcement at the E3 conference, Sony demoed a few games for the PSVita that will be available on release date. The first games include Uncharted: Golden Abyss, Little Big Planet and Street Fighter X Tekken.
