How to install Windows 7 from a USB stick

You can now install Windows 7 from a USB stick.  Microsoft has released a very helpful tool that lets you format a USB stick to make it bootable and copy the setup files from the Windows 7 disk image.  The tool is called "Windows 7 USB/DVD Download Tool" and can be downloaded from the Microsoft Store at http://images2.store.microsoft.com/prod/clustera/framework/w7udt/1.0/en-us/Windows7-USB-DVD-tool.exe.  Download and installation of the tool was pretty easy.  Once your USB stick is ready, you will need to change your CMOS settings to allow your PC/Laptop to boot from your USB drive.
